About the Role
This newly created position is available on a part time basis, working the equivalent of three days a week for a fixed term until December 2023. It will be based at our Panorama site and will report into the General Manager People and Culture. This position plays an important role in the coordination of systems and processes to ensure the success of Bedford’s growth and development strategies.
Responsibilities:
- Coordination and support of L&D activities and initiatives
- Management of training compliance and management of training records
- Claims processing and invoicing incentives across several systems
- Monitor and record attendance and progression of learners through program units
- Liaise with different levels of stakeholders, monitoring and recording feedback data
- Report gaps in the Training Matrix and contribute to continuous improvement
You will be a high-level operator with a strong background in a range of administration and coordination tasks. You will be confident in your ability to work across a number of software systems and have an excellent eye for detail.
Essential skills and qualities include:
- Demonstrated experience in education and training program administration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and attention to detail
- An understanding of the claiming process associated with apprenticeships and traineeships
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), Share Point, Learning Management Systems and Government Systems
- Developed interpersonal skills
- A National Police Clearance (no older than six months)
- NDIS worker screening clearance
- Evidence of right to work in Australia
- Evidence of FULL vaccination with a TGA-approved COVID-19 vaccine or an acceptable exemption*
