Requirements:Job Summary:
The Learning Content Developer will be responsible for creating documentation and presentations for learning solutions, including process documentation, and SOP creation. You will work closely with members of the IT and Operations teams to understand the processes, changes to existing processes, and how the end user should use the change(s).
The Learning Content Developer role is an individual contributor whose performance is measured against meeting deadlines, delivering a product/solution that exceeds their client’s expectations, and how they “raise the bar” in terms of ensuring that participants of their learning solution exceed the expectations of their product
Duties & Responsibilities:
Technical Expertise
- Creates documentation required for end-end learning solutions, including documentation for instructor led modules and self-study solutions and include building objectives, course content, engaging learning activities, and assessments to measure the participant's comprehension of learning material
- Understands Learning Methodologies and has the ability to translate into written documentation
- Maintains project documentation and course folders
Effective Relationships
- Works closely with Mia team members to understand processes, determine true requirements, success measures, and obtain necessary information and materials to build learning solutions
Business Acumen
- Strong understanding of Learning and Development for both new hires and existing employees, ideally in a Contact Center environment
- Working knowledge of building learning solutions in a government regulated industry, Healthcare industry is a plus
- Strong knowledge of Learning platforms and delivery tools, in class, virtual tools, and CBT tools.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of Mia processes, products, policies, and technology.
- Responsible for compliance with all federal, state, and local laws, rules and regulations affecting Company
- Responsible for participating in quality assurance, compliance and in-service and continuing education activities as requested by Company
- Responsible for performing other duties and responsibilities as required

- Strong communication skills, especially ability to produce written documentation and PowerPoint presentations
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and Publisher.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Captivate or other content developing platforms preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Project Management skills
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Degree or Certifications in Communication, Business, English, or other writing designations
- 1+ years’ experience in similar role
- Knowledge of MS Office Suite
- Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
- HIPPA & OSHA Compliance Certification preferred
- 3 years of experience in written documentation in writing materials for learning curriculums and creating proposals ideally in a contact center environment preferred
- Experience in building Learning Objectives, measuring Learner's ability to meet objectives once they complete learning, and advanced knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models.
- Advanced knowledge of using Microsoft Office tools, including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Publisher, and Adobe tools including Captivate. Other Learning Curriculum development and delivery tool experience is a plus
- Experience with systems such as Salesforce and inContact and/or other CRM and Telephony system knowledge is desired
- Strong presentation skills
Physical Requirements:
- Most tasks are performed in a standard office environment
- Requires full range of body motion, manual finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination
- May require some bending, carrying, and lifting 25 pounds
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time while actively using computer/mouse/keyboard
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to set up and break down training equipment, such as computers, projectors, etc.,

- Up to 25 % travel
