The Role
You’ll be part of a team that have a sense of humour, are passionate about helping their clients and love to have a laugh in the office.
people2people placed another Legal Assistant in this team who wanted to make the move away from private practice!
The role will be either 4 or 5 days per week with the opportunity to work from home once you are trained up.
Responsibilities will include:

• Liaising with law firms and responding to queries
• Troubleshooting issues and providing technical support
• Developing relationships with clients
• Assisting firms with their billing process

The Candidate
You will be something who has:

• Experience working as a Legal Assistant/Legal Secretary/Paralegal
• Thorough understanding of billing process
• Confidence using technology and experience using a document management system
• A passion to help others
