About the Service:
The Windale Dental Clinic is a 4 chair clinic that operates from 8.30am to 5pm. The team includes Dentists, Dental Therapist, Oral Health Therapist, Prosthetist and Dental Assistants that are well-equipped to provide oral health services to our community. Windale’s purpose and our ongoing commitment is to continue to provide the best patient care possible to our community.
About the role:
- As an Administration Officer at Windale Clinic, you will provide assistants and direction to the patients to ensure the effective and efficient operation of the clinic.
- You will be provided with an orientation programme to Hunter New England Oral Health, and you will be supported with regular training and education programmes throughout your career.
About you:
The successful candidate will have administration experience and be able to prioritise and organise the completion of workload in a busy and demanding environment. You will be professional, compassionate and a strong communicator utilising your skills to build relationships and communicate effectively with the team, patients, carers and Windale Staff.
Information for Applicants:
All NSW Health workers are required to have completed a primary course of a COVID-19 vaccine which has been approved or recognised by the Therapeutics Goods Administration (TGA). New applicants must have completed the vaccination course prior to commencement with NSW Health, or provide an approved medical contraindication certificate certifying the worker cannot have any approved COVID-19 vaccines available in NSW. Acceptable proof of vaccination is the Australian Immunisation Register (AIR) Immunisation History Statement or AIR COVID-19 Digital Certificate. Booster doses are highly recommended for all health care workers who have completed the primary course of COVID-19 vaccinations. Please provide proof of booster vaccination if available.
