Leading Tech organization selling and servicing solution seeking IT support engineer to support IT system, networks, security and devices.
Your new role
Your new role will see you work multi-disciplinary team comprised of Infrastructure, System and Helpdesk Engineers and Analysts to work on and support the IT systems, hardware, network and infrastructure
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in maintaining and troubleshooting IT hardware in a network environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office365 and Microsoft Active Directory.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills (both written & verbal), able to confidently interact with people of all cultures at all levels.
- Suitable candidates will ideally bring similar experience in an IT Help desk, Service Desk or Call Centre environment
