There are a variety of building structures on the property that make up the residential facility.

About the role:

As Maintenance Officer you will:

• Undertake day-to-day operations of the maintenance department in line with schedule of works;
• Undertake projects and building and maintenance works as directed;
• Ensure equipment and garden materials are utilised in a responsible and safe manner

About you:

You will enjoy juggling a variety of tasks that are both scheduled and ad hoc. You may have a specific trade qualification however, it will be you demonstrated ability to identify, rectify and maintain the property to the required standard that is most important.

You are able to build and maintian positive and professional working relationships with staff and interact respectfully with residents.

In addition you will need to obtain and maintain a positive National Criminal History Check and be fully vaccinated for Covid 19.
