As a Manager, Global People & Culture Projects , you will help accelerate the path to strong performance for our ManpowerGroup leaders around the world. In this role, you are responsible to design and project manage key global people projects such as the employee listening strategy, advancing the Culture Matters initiative, anchoring the EVP for the organization globally, ELT/ GLT sponsored special projects (Country Manager Induction, for example) and leading onboarding for global corporate center and new GLT members. As the Manager Global People & Culture Projects, you also drive consistency to ensure accurate collection and presentation of key people metrics to support the broader business.

  • Building leading-edge listening strategy that encompasses pulses surveys, engagement surveys, and actions associated.
  • Partnering with the VP, Global Talent and Development to design and implement an onboarding program for members of the GLT that anchor them to the business quickly.
  • Continue to anchor and embed the global Culture Matters initiative.
  • Partner with global work squads to advance and anchor the global EVP for ManpowerGroup.
  • Defining and analyzing success measures for global sponsored initiatives
  • Cultivating strong, collaborative relationships, and identifying opportunities for enhancing organizational effectiveness.
Share Expertise
  • Owning and advancing the employee listening strategy across a complex organization, including choosing a vendor to support and establishing clear guidelines for use of the data.
  • Influencing extended team around the world to execute processes effectively and efficiently.
  • Understanding regional and cultural nuances that impact leadership and talent development.

  • Regularly interacting with top leaders across the company
Your Typical Day
  • Work will be somewhat cyclical, particularly as it relates to implementations of programs/processes like the listening strategy and the Culture Matters initiative
  • You will consult with extended team members and leaders to design programs, communicate them, educate around them, advise on implementation and improvement.
  • Collaboration tools and communication according to global time zones.
  • Some global travel will be required 10-15%

Qualifications

Required
  • 5+ years in a People & Culture function
  • Experience leading large-scale people programs or initiatives, preferably in a global environment
  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Global mindset
Nice to Have
  • Analytics software experience
  • Experience working in a large, global organization
  • Graduate level degree (MBA, MSHR, etc.)

This position is based in our Global Headquarters located in downtown Milwaukee. Employees can enjoy an onsite cafeteria, coffee shop and gym along with beautiful views of the Milwaukee river, Deer District, and historic downtown architecture. ManpowerGroup is proud to support a flexible working environment. Employees may work virtual some of the time depending on role (1-2 days per week).
