Job Summary

The Store Inventory Replenishment Manager is responsible for the inventory data integrity of a couple of stores and is the primary reviewer, evaluating recommended AR orders (computer assisted ordering) making decisions to adjust based on inventory need across multiple departments. They understand inventory management principles and can apply them to the levers within our CAO system to reflect the inventory strategy of the company for in-stock position and profitability goals.

Job Description

• Experience Required: 1 to 3 years; Understanding math, inventory, grocery and retail experience
• Experience Desired: Leadership, Inventory Control
• Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent plus 18 months to 3 years of additional training
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
• Travel Required: Regional - Daily, 10 - 25%
• Age Requirement: At least 21 years of age

Job Responsibilities

• Act as expert on inventory management for stores assigned and is primary reviewer of CAO generated orders (AR) making decisions to adjust order for store inventory needs. Collaborates with store leadership on Promotional & holiday planning to appropriately increase inventory to support demand. Includes Minimum display management, and order adjustments for forecasting inputs.
• Manage and complete weekly & daily activities for proper data integrity in the AR System. Includes Backroom & Alternate location items for at shelf decisions for inventory integrity. Complete cycle counts as designed to support accurate balance on hand of inventory.
• Complete root cause problem solving of OOS and shrink related to system levers derived from Aisle walks (Visual) & KPI's at each store. Uses Buyer's analysis tools within AR system to determine root cause and corrective measures. Refers complex problems to support team. Participate in NP inventory Process.
• Act as lead on SWAT for stores, manage, assists and audit completion of primary store tasks, including Pick List replenishment, zero on hand product review, and product rotation. Execute AR SWAT requirements to include updating center store communication board.
• Assist in evaluating and communicating DSD inventory management concerns.
• Understand and work with LTR leads on new and discontinued process along with opportunities pre and post set. Complete Reclamation validation and assist in markdown process.
• Assist training stores on AR system, inventory management and opportunities. Acts as a liaison between retail replenishment, operations, and supply chain providing feedback and suggestions for system and process improvements.
• Work with reset teams on data integrity and tools to improve the new and discontinued process along with continuity & compliance opportunities pre and post set.
• Hours of work can change based on stores assigned, inventory processes and training needs
