Manager of Educational Services
The Hospice and Palliative Nurses Association (HPNA), a national association serving nurses and other healthcare professionals working in palliative and hospice care, is seeking an experienced Manager of Educational Services.
The Manager of Educational Services will be an RN with Hospice and Palliative experience. They will manage assessment, planning/coordination, implementation and evaluation of HPNA live educational courses, conferences, live webinars, and other live services. Manages, achieves and maintains standards and processes necessary for accreditation of continuing professional development guided by ANCC standards for continuing education.

Responsibilities for this role include the following:
· Manages assessment, planning/coordination, implementation and evaluation of HPNA live educational courses, conferences, live webinars, and other live services.
· Responsible for coordination and engagement of content experts and designing educational activities routed in adult learning principles.
· Manages, achieves, and maintains standards and processes necessary for accreditation of nursing continuing professional development guided by ANCC standards for continuing education.
· Assists with management in education team activities.
· Ensures current knowledge of nursing continual professional development, Hospice and Palliative nursing, and trends in Hospice and Palliative care.
Requirements
· Minimum Bachelor’s degree in nursing (BSN) required
· Master’s degree in nursing, education, or related field preferred.
· Current license to practice as a registered nurse (RN).
· 3 Years of Project Management with Educational Conferences required
· Professional Experience in Hospice and Palliative nursing practice and standards preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $84,000.00 per year
