Salary Range: $110,000 - $125,000 p.a. (including OT allowance) + super, 35 hour week with monthly RDO

The Position

Warrumbungle Shire Council is looking for a talented and dynamic Manager Planning and Regulation to lead the team responsible for the provision of statutory and strategic planning services, building services, environmental services, waste and recycling services, and regulatory compliance across the shire.

To succeed in this position, you will have relevant qualifications as a town planner or building certifier (A3 minimum), with a sound understanding of regulatory services and workplace and environmental safety requirements, demonstrated hands-on experience and superior communication and interpersonal skills. Previous leadership experience will be key to your success in effectively supporting and building relationships with your diverse, multi-disciplinary team. The position is offered with an attractive remuneration package for the right person.
