We are seeking a specialist Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Accor Asset Management & Realty. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing a wide range of strategic marketing initiatives supporting our property and Asset Management division of Accor, within our Apartments & management letting rights business team.

No two days are the same in this role, and you will rely on your broad set of marketing & design skills to bring to life our campaigns, social media presence, produce collateral and much more!

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Develop and create collateral to support the Owner Relations, Business Development, and Realty activities including apartment sales & property/portfolio management
• Create & Manage social media channels and websites
• Coordinate teams and create content for the Monthly Update emails sent to Owners
• Prepare Owner Experience Surveys and analyse and prepare presentations
• Provide weekly & monthly reports on digital performance and identify solutions to increase performance through these channels
• Collaborate with teams to design strategic pieces to enhance Owner Experience, including the Customer Journey, Loyalty Program and Owner Surveys

What are we looking for?

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a marketing role, previous experience in the Real Estate Industry and/or Hospitality industry desired
• Experience with Wordpress, Mailchimp, Canva, and photo/video editing (Photoshop, Lightroom, Final Cut)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Innovative and creative across traditional and digital marketing channels
• Energetic, friendly and solutions focused
• Proven experience working in a large team
