Are you a dynamic creative with savvy for social media and email marketing? We are looking for a high energy, creative and dedicated Marketing Coordinator, to work across our owned and managed brands. You’ll help deliver marketing strategies that spans multiple countries (Australia, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, and more) covering digital media that includes email marketing, organic and paid social media, influencer marketing and content creation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Klaviyo eDM campaigns including strategy, copy and creative
• Help develop and implement organic social media plans including posting, engagement and community management
• Assist the Paid Media team with creating engaging social media content & copy for social media advertising campaigns
• Help manage Influencer marketing initiatives across channels and markets including outreach, building relationships, track budgets and contracts
• Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital activities for both in-house and client purposes
• Coordination and implement website updates including seasonal themes, promotional updates, and monthly report analysis

Skills and Experience

• Degree qualified (or studying) in a Marketing related discipline
• Strong skills and knowledge of social media platforms and tools
• Comfortable with a range of editing tools such as Canva (Adobe Creative Suite knowledge and skills advantageous, but not essential)
• Strong analytical, and problem solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced team environment
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Demonstrated experience prioritising and successfully delivering multiple initiatives within deadline
• Strong communication skills, and proficient in English to write engaging content / headlines

Salary: $50,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
