How would you like to take a senior role in a marketing team within a growing global organisation dedicated to helping people? APM is looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to support the growth of our Support Services businesses. These businesses provide life-changing services for people with disability, and people who need aged care and others requiring specific therapy services.

Reporting to APM’s GM Marketing and working closely with the Marketing Manager – Health and the wider Marketing team, you will support the delivery and growth of multiple consumer-facing brands with the development and execution of strategic marketing plans. You will also work with APM’s Talent Acquisition team to support recruitment, senior business leaders, and both internal and external stakeholders. We support each other through challenges and we celebrate our successes - of which there will be many.
Are you right for us?
We’d love to speak with you if you’re a marketer with at least five years’ experience, including in B2C markets. We’re interested in people who are adept at developing audience reach and engagement initiatives to aid both acquisition and retention across multiple businesses. We would love to hear about how you have developed marketing strategies and managed the implementation and rollout of projects, including the production of materials, advertising and channel oversight, contractor engagement, activity planning and lead funnel nurture and automation.

Duties
Design and development of marketing communications and campaign strategies
Delivery of marketing strategies and plans against budget and KPIs
Coordination of assets with internal Marketing team members and external providers
Delivery of new audience and existing client retention initiatives
Delivery of reporting and analytics to inform marketing ROI
Management of the APM Support Services Marketing budget
Skills and experience
Demonstrated capability to design and deliver on strategic marketing solutions
Previous experience in CRM platforms and programs, digital and social channel management, automated marketing, and the Adobe and Canva creative suites
Experience in content, relationship and event marketing
Strong experience in targeting and segment specific opportunities
Self-disciplined and independently driven but able to work effectively in a team environment with shared goals
Strong written, interpersonal and verbal communication skills with an attention to detail
Proven commercial and analytical capability and the ability to leverage data-driven insights
Relevant business or marketing qualifications
Experience managing small teams
5+years’ experience in a similar B2C role with demonstrated strategic marketing and business planning skills including experience in developing and implementing integrated marketing plans
Knowledge of and experience in disability, aged care and therapy services marketing highly desirable
