Key Accountabilities
- Lead the development and implementation of marketing and communications plans and campaigns (including research, advertising, social media, digital marketing, SEM, eDMs, brand management, collateral, events etc) to inform customers about NSW Government programs and services
- Lead and manage the delivery of complex projects using a multi-disciplinary approach
- Ensure a positive customer experience is at the forefront of all communications and marketing work and that all work is executed on brand and in a consistent voice across NSW government
- Collaborate with project teams on all marketing and communication functions (including review of project documents) to ensure strategically sound, timely and cost-effective delivery of communication functions
- Provide solution focussed advice, reports, campaign reports, strategic advice and support to the manager as required
- Participate in project delivery activities such as WIPs, launches, workshops and presentations in order to deliver accurate project communications
- Relationship management of vendors and stakeholders including creative and media agencies and print houses to deliver accurate, timely and cost-effective communication outcomes
- Work closely with the Divisions teams in co-ordinating a holistic communications approach to meet campaign and communication objectives that are consistent and accurate
- 5-10 Years campaign experience with experience in delivering multi-channeled campaigns
- Government and agency experience looked upon favourably
