About the Role
As an experienced Marketing Specialist with a strong focus on acquisitions in desired segments, you will develop and execute marketing initiatives, cleverly crafted marketing communications and multi-channel campaigns to support our growth strategy. You will identify immediate and long-term acquisition opportunities using your research and analytical skills to improve on target audiences, understand competitors and CVPs and optimise the customer acquisition funnel.

- Copywriting and proven editorial skills in developing client communications, marketing collateral and other forms content
- Developing and project managing customer acquisition and retention programs and marketing campaigns

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong conceptual and problem-solving skills with an ability to produce creative and innovative solutions
- Ability to develop SEO driven content to drive traffic to web properties
- Ability to develop and enhance SEM & digital display advertising strategies using the major platforms including Google & Facebook
- Proficient with Google suite including Ads, Analytics, Data Studio and others.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
- Experience operating CMS (E.g., WordPress) and CRM (E.g., Salesforce)
