Programmed Skilled Workforce have exciting opportunities with an international food packing business and are currently seeking enthusiastic and team orientated Meat Packers/ Knife Hands who are eager to advance their skills and join their growing Bunbury team.

Our client, Hilton Foods Australia are part of the Hilton Food Group based in the UK, with meat manufacturing plants throughout the UK, Western & Central Europe and Australia. Hilton Foods Australia have a long-term partnership with Woolworths Limited to supply Woolworths Supermarkets with packaged and value-added meat products.

About your new role:

• Fast paced environment
• Process line work
• Quality control
• Food manufacturing environment - meat packing industry
• Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work
• 6:00am start (subject to change during busy production periods)
• Flexible rostering available with School Based Hours options

About you:

• Strong work history in a similar position is desired although, not essential
• Comfortable working in a cool room environment
• Good communication skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to undertake repetitive tasks
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and a drug and alcohol screen
• Committed to a safe work environment and willing to promote safety within a team
