Here’s a snapshot of your day:
- Performs assigned day to day repairs of the client facilities, emergency and preventative maintenance.
- Testing and inspection of various building assets and systems.
- Assist with installation and modification of building equipment systems.
- Assist with confined space, hot work and working at heights activities (sentry duties).
- Completes maintenance and repair records as required using mobile technology.
- Reviews assigned work orders, estimates time and materials required to complete repairs.
- Orders necessary materials and supplies to complete all tasks.
- Inspects new installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
Skills and experience:
- Certification III in Engineering or Mechanical trade.
- 4 years’ experience within Manufacturing or Facilities Management is highly desirable.
- Strong technical background in mechanical or engineering related discipline.
- Client relationship experience.
