The Role
In this part time role, based in Camberwell, you will be responsible for consulting suites reception as part of the Mental Health administration team, reporting to the Practice Manager.
You will make an impact by:
Providing comprehensive customer service and administrative support to staff, patients, visitors and medical staff
Establishing positive relationships with colleagues
Having a practical approach to problem solving
To be successful in this role…
You will be a positive team player with an ability to influence stakeholders at all levels as well as multi-task, pay attention to detail and be accountable.
You will have
Excellent communication and computer skills
Previous working experience in a Hospital/Medical Administration and Consulting department
Demonstrated ability to prioritise
Demonstrated ability to meet timelines whilst maintaining customer service in a fast paced and demanding environment.
