How to Apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.
- Relevant tertiary qualification and/or relevant experiences in health services management.
- Demonstrated sound knowledge of Medical Services Management including Recruitment, HR issues, Award interpretation, Policies and Procedures pertaining to medical staff.
- Demonstrated ability to lead team performance to achieve goals and excellent customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills with demonstrated ability to negotiate and communicate with different levels of staff.
- Experience in coordinating and implementing quality improvement and management initiatives.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills including prioritising, time management in meeting tight deadlines in a high volume time critical work environment.
