Liverpool Hospital is recruiting for a Medical Services Support Coordinator to complement and enhance the current workplace.

What you'll be doing

Provide advanced Medical Administration support and guidance to Heads of Department, Director of Medical Services, Medical Operations Manager and Senior Medical Staff in relation to Staff Specialist/VMO recruitment and operational activities.

How to Apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.

  • Relevant tertiary qualification and/or relevant experiences in health services management.
  • Demonstrated sound knowledge of Medical Services Management including Recruitment, HR issues, Award interpretation, Policies and Procedures pertaining to medical staff.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead team performance to achieve goals and excellent customer service.
  • Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills with demonstrated ability to negotiate and communicate with different levels of staff.
  • Experience in coordinating and implementing quality improvement and management initiatives.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills including prioritising, time management in meeting tight deadlines in a high volume time critical work environment.
