What You Will Be Doing

The Mobility Administrator will be responsible for demonstrating experience and/or industry certification in administering mobile devices, wireless, and handheld devices to include emergency devices such as cell phones and hospital pagers. The Mobility Administrator will function as part of a team, inclusive of customers, and must demonstrate sufficient written and communication skills to ensure success.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Responsible for inventory management of assigned assets, including cell phones, smartphones (Apple iPhones), mi-fis, pagers, and more.
• Perform and oversee upgrade and lifecycle deployment of mobility devices and services.
• Create and distribute documentation and instructional material related to mobility device usage.
• Perform routine maintenance on mobility devices and contribute to end-user training and end-user documentation.
• Manage mobility-related helpdesk ticket queue on a daily basis, creating, routing, and remedying tickets.
• Work with iOS Administration Service to monitor, activate, and troubleshoot iOS handheld devices.
• Ensuring any and all applications installed on organizational mobility devices are appropriately accredited to meet Enterprise cybersecurity policies and guidelines. Prepare and submit associated compliance documentation.
• Create, edit and review quality assurance on project documentation, SOPs, system requirements, and more.
• Develop and write related SOWs, COOPs, and Disaster Recovery Plans.
• Demonstrate strong customer service skills. Flexible work schedule to provide support as necessary.
• Required Experience/Skills:
• Experience and/or industry certification in administering mobile devices, wireless, and handheld devices to include emergency devices such as cell phones and hospital pagers.
• Experience with mobility hardware, operating systems, and service providers.
• CompTIA Security+ or A+ required
• Four-year bachelor's degree. preferred
• Must meet DOD 8570 requirements.
• Extensive knowledge of project management processes, systems development methods, organizational change management concepts, and business process improvement methods.
• Experience with Change Management.
