Are you a passionate, experienced and qualified Assistant in Nursing (AIN), looking for a change of scenery?

We are hiring AINs for multiple residential Aged Care facilities within rural and remote settings across Australia. Reporting to the on-duty Registered Nurse (RN) and working within an experienced clinical team, you will administer quality care, and provide physical comfort and emotional health support to our residents, ensuring they are met in a caring and nurturing environment.

Successful candidates will be provided with work flexibility and their choice of placement contract. Each placement opportunity is unique, ranging anywhere from 2 weeks up to 6 months. One month you could be in far north Queensland, the next you could be in rural Victoria! Included in your rural and remote placement will be accommodation and return flights (subject to completion of contract). Further inclusions may apply subject to each placement opportunity.

You will bring with you a minimum of 6 months experience working within an aged care setting, as well full compliance as outlined below, and a high level of compassion, empathy and integrity in your work outcomes. Excellent English and communication skills are essential. Please consider your suitability and availability for ongoing travel before applying.

About You
To be considered for our talent pool, you must have;
  • Certificate III OR IV in Aged Care OR III in Individual Support OR proof of enrollment as a second year Bachelor of Nursing student
  • 6 months minimum work experience in an Aged Care setting
  • Current National Police Check
  • Current First Aid & CPR
  • Up to date vaccinations (COVID, including booster & Flu) or willing to obtain
  • Availability to travel for 2+ weeks at a time for work assignments
  • Knowledge of Aged Care legislation and regulations
  • A commitment to providing quality care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A high attention to detail
