Job description
This is a client facing and highly visible role within the technology team that supports our very successful commodity trading business at Macquarie.
To be successful in this role, you will have a proven proficiency in C#.Net and knowledge of commodities trading.
Experience required:
- Proven proficiency with C#.Net, Windows Forms, DevExpress controls
- Ability to learn existing code and present findings/analysis in a cohesive and easy to understand manner.
- Ability to communicate problems and solutions effectively with business and technical stakeholders.
- Team player willing to work on a variety of assignments to support the traders and other business users.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Understanding of data structures and OS fundamentals.
- Experience in Trading and/or Risk systems is a plus.
Experience in Sybase database is a plus
