The Role & Responsibilities:
Nude Lucy is coming to Perth!

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and customer-focused Store Manager to lead and develop the team at our brand new Nude Lucy store coming soon to Carousel.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead by example to set management expectations across your Team
• Manage in-store Employee Relations such as grievances and performance management
• Train, mentor and coach Team Members to work towards goals and succession planning
• Problem solving and ability to provide solutions
• Produce and analyse required financial reports – i.e. Payroll reports
• Roster Management and payroll approval
• Manage Team ( Shop Floor & Back of House) to ensure that tasks are completed in an efficient and effective manner
• Proactive approach in loss prevention management i.e. stock shrinkage
• Work with the Visual Merchandising Team to ensure that all creative visions are applied within the store
• Demonstrate a duty of care to Team Members, internal & external stakeholders by ensuring that the work environment is safe, healthy and fit for work
• Ensure that all tasks are completed by Team Members are in a safe manner in accordance to Safe Work Practices and expectations are communicated to all Team Member

• The successful candidate will have strong fashion retail experience, be immaculately presented, and live and breathe the Nude Lucy brand ethos
• Proven retail management experience
• Leader, motivator and overall inspiring individual
• High level of written and verbal communication skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Ability to manage competing priorities, tasks and overall expectations
• Adaptable and supportive
