In the role, you’ll be…

Evaluating the treatment and/or rehabilitation needs of workers involved in a work or non-work-related injury, or who have experienced an illness causing work related incapacity

Helping clients identify future employment or training options by reviewing their transferable skills, qualifications and interests

Responsible for effective case management to plan, coordinate and monitor your client’s progress toward their return to work goal

Engaging with key stakeholders and building strong relationships to facilitate the achievement of business objectives

Office based, also visiting worksites, attending medical appointments with your clients and more - no two days are the same!

About you:
Qualified Rehabilitation Counsellor or Psychologist (Provisional or General registered) - Preferred not essential

Professional registration / membership with the relevant body (AHPRA / RCAA / ASORC) - Preferred not essential

Have occupational rehabilitation experience - Preferred not essential

Experience in NES (New Employer Services) is preferable

DES or Job Network experience – Will be considered if no previous Occupational Rehabilitation experience

Exemplary communication skills and the ability to build relationships with a range of people

A motivation to achieve targets and be business-savvy

A current Working with Children Check

Willing to undergo a National Criminal History Check upon successful application
