About you
- motivated and organised health professional
- confident to work individually or as part of a team
- build relationships
- Strong influencing and communication skills
- Ability to self-manage, self-review and engage feedback
About the role
- self-manage a caseload of patients who have sustained either physical or psychological injury
- Assist with patient needs
- develop and implement action plans to enable a safe return to work
- facilitate return to work case management
- perform therapeutic assessments and ergonomic assessments
- perform training and functional capacity evaluations as required
- drive the rehabilitation process
Skills and Qualifications
- Tertiary qualification
- current registration with the Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Experience as a Rehab Consultant is ideal
- excellent time management and organisational ability
- high level of emotional intelligence
- proven competency in report writing
- professional presentation and manner
- current driver's license and own reliable vehicle
