POSITION SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the management and coordination of the activities for all Office Personnel including the departments of Accounts Receivable, Purchasing and Customer Service for this location. This position will supervise and train administrative staff to ensure overall office efficiencies and compliance with company policy and procedures.
Essential Functions include:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Designs and implements office policies by establishing standards and procedures; measuring results against standards; making necessary adjustments through Servant Leadership.
- Ensures compliance of all office personnel to company policies and procedures.
- Schedule work flow and establish priorities to maintain effective daily operations.
- Coordinates with other management personnel, and with other work units or departments to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Keeps management informed by reviewing and analyzing reports; summarizing information; identifying trends.
- Maintains technical knowledge of internal software to ensure effective operations.
- Review and approve payroll and maintain attendance records for office personnel.
- Maintain petty cash, distribute monies, maintain receipts, and submit reports to corporate office for reimbursement.
- Responsible for staffing within the office; including hiring, training, following and progressive discipline procedures. Identify job performance issues and discuss with employees to resolve problems.
- Provide first line support for software systems including host system, routing software, data mining tool and sales ordering systems.
- Create and maintain an instructional manual for daily, weekly and monthly routine
- Provide backup functionality to Human Resources
Qualified applicants will have advanced computer skills, extensive knowledge of all Microsoft Office products, the ability to communicate effectively, the ability to train, coach, and develop the capabilities of others, strong time management and organizational skills, ability to take care the customers' needs while adhering to company policies and procedures.

- Experience 2 plus years of related experience
- Education Bachelor's Degree
- Valid Driver's license with good driving record and proof auto insurance
