About the role
- Distributing incoming mail and deliveries
- Ordering and replenishing stationery supplies, printer and photocopier consumables
- Attending to issues with printer and photocopiers (paper jams and changing toners and ink cartridges)
- Maintaining and replenishing staff kitchens and kitchenettes
- Office and equipment moves
- Law library updates
- Archived file retrievals from external supplier
- Liaising with external contractors
- Setting-up and attending internal staff and client events
- General office duties and administrative tasks.
This position is full-time and the hours of work are from 8:45 am to 5:15 pm, Monday to Friday.

This is a varied role and a great opportunity for the right candidate. You will have a mature outlook with the ability to remain calm under pressure, whilst prioritising a busy and varied workload.
Before you apply
Although training and safety equipment is provided, this role requires someone fit and able to assist with internal office furniture and office relocation. This should be taken into consideration when applying for this position.
This role is a full-time, permanent position. It is not suitable to someone studying law with a view to becoming admitted to practice. Such candidates are discouraged from applying.
