Reporting to the Regional Manager, and working closely with our Chief Radiographer, you will be responsible for managing the daily clerical staff workforce requirements.

I-MED Radiology Network is Australia’s largest diagnostic imaging network, with circa 4,500 employees, located in more than 240 clinics across metropolitan, regional, and rural communities throughout Australia . We offer medical imaging and radiology services including x-ray, PET, CT, MRI, Nuclear Medicine, Ultrasound, Mammography and interventional procedures and each year across the network we perform more than 5 million patient procedures.

Based in our Mount Isa clinic, you will provide professional and operational leadership to a team of 3 clerical staff members, ensuring efficient and friendly services to patients, customers, referrers, and the community, whilst achieving cost and productivity targets.

As the clinic’s Office Supervisor , you will proactively manage the appointment schedule in collaboration with the Chief Tech and radiologists to maximise productivity. You are an experienced customer service focused professional with previous people management experience and the ability to enable and empower the administrative team to provide quality service for our patients.

Key accountabilities include:

• Driving the delivery of high-quality reception services
• Assisting the Area Office Supervisor plan and manage daily workforce requirements
• Manage data and information accuracy in the clinic including invoicing and receipting
• Provide clerical staff with ongoing and regular feedback, monitoring and coaching
• Providing excellent customer service and patient care
• Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers
