The IT team at Kravet, Inc. is looking to hire a Desktop Support Analyst for our distribution center located in Anderson, SC. In this role, you will be extremely hands-on in supporting both local and remote end-users. You will be responsible for the companies’ PC configurations, mobile devices, GSuite software products, VOIP phones, and other systems/applications. This is an internal customer facing role and requires excellent customer service, prioritization, and responsiveness, along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Responsibilities and Duties

• Respond to support tickets and resolve end-user issues in a timely manner

• Install, upgrade, and troubleshoot Microsoft Windows and MAC workstations

• Support various hardware peripherals

• Support all company software applications

• Maintain asset inventory

• Follow and enforce IT policies

• Provide training to the end-user community

Qualifications*

• Associate’s degree in IT field of study or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills

• Hardware and Software troubleshooting experience

• Highly organized with excellent time management skills

• Self-motivated individual who requires minimal supervision

• Ability to maintain a professional demeanor under stressful situations

Preferred Requirements

• Experience with the Google suite of products

• Experience with MDM and Apple devices

• Experience with KACE Ticketing and Inventory Management system

• A+ Certifications

• Technical experience with additional operating systems including MAC OS
