What you will do:

• Sustain or increase occupancy rates
• Ensure timely revenue collections and sustain collection rates about 97%.
• Mow lawn, remove weeds and brush, and does other yard work including leaf and debris removal.
• Cleans laundry rooms and common areas such as bathrooms and clubhouses.
• Enforce rules & regulations of community
• Communicate verbally and through the use of written notices with residents.
• Complete assigned tasks consistent with Fair Housing regulations.
• Assist in the marketing, showing and upkeep of spaces for rent within the park.
• Maintain tools and maintenance equipment in working order and keeps maintenance room in neat condition.
• Does touch-up painting and repaints buildings or rooms as required.
• Opens clogged drains, fixes leaks, and performs other simple plumbing jobs.
• Changes light bulbs, may replace fixtures, and does similar minor electrical tasks.
• Performs simple carpentry tasks, such as installing doors, repairing steps, fences and rails.
• Assists with loading or unloading trucks and moving furniture when needed.
• Complete basic maintenance tasks as necessary including but not limited to picking up trash and debris and cleaning common areas.

What you Bring:

• Ability to respond to after hour emergencies.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Basic computer knowledge
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Must be able to pass background and drug screening.
