This role will onboard external transport Carriers to our new Transportation Management System.
Main responsibilities of the role will include:
- Managing onboarding list in the Road Transport Portal
- Follow up carriers to register in the Road Transport Portal
- Provide regular updates on progress
- Learning operational side of the Road Transport Portal
- Provide support and training to carriers when and as required
- Liaise with software vendor to escalate issues
To succeed in this role, you will need to demonstrate the following:
- Good communication and presentation skills and good phone manner
- Process driven
- Ability to follow up
- MS Office suite, MS Teams
- Experience in logistics in transport industry, carrier management
