Operations Coordinator

This role is based in a state of the art 40, 00sq.m facility in Eastern Creek and will be reporting to the Supervisor, Operations. The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for managing the day to day workload of Operations Associates.

You will be:

• Responsible for task allocation, resource allocation, training and development along with coordinating and running daily dialogue discussions
• Ensure that all associates are operating in a safe manner and will be responsible for ensuring that any safety concerns are addressed in the appropriate manner
• Assessing the daily workload and assigning resources to ensure all tasks are completed daily in line Operational SLA’s
• Ensure that all associates are trained on relevant work instructions along with identifying opportunities for task/job rotations within the facility

You will bring:

• Certificate IV in Management and Leadership or equivalent working experience
• Demonstrated exposure leading a team
• Previous exposure to Incident reporting, hazard identification and other safety related functions
• Previous experience within a high volume, semi automated warehousing facility
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
