Sewer Lines Only is an underground utility company that specializes in residential water and sewer line repairs. As a company, we adhere to the highest level of ethics and want a similar minded individual to join our team!

We are seeking a full-time operations coordinator to support smooth and efficient daily operations. This is a fast-paced environment with lots of variety and a team-oriented culture.

Job duties:

• Ordering supplies and maintaining inventory levels
• Coordinating with vendors, subcontractors, permits, inspections, and other project stakeholders
• Supporting work scheduling and creating job sheets detail scope of work
• Effectively communicating with various stakeholders including field crews and customers
• Creating and updating reports and operational metrics
• Documenting and maintaining operating procedures
• Assisting service and sales teams with customer inquiries

Job requirements:

• 1 years of experience in operations, administration, or customer support
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to overcome obstacles
• Time management
• Ability to work with deadlines
• Detail-oriented
• Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office and Google
• Plumbing or construction experience desirable, but not required
• Experience with inventory and scheduling is a plus

This is a fast-paced position. The ability to multitask and work well under pressure is a must!
