Your new role
- Lead and assist supervisors and contractors to achieve in delivering operational best practice
- Deliver strong front line safety leadership in a challenging environment
- Achieving defined operational targets and business objectives
- Identification and implementation of operational efficiencies
- Huge scope to develop and grow within the business
Your skills and experience
- Proven experience in managing operational departments and managing safety
- Strong demonstrated ability to be a dynamic, proactive leader
- Ability to influence and engage with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficient computer skills including MS Excel
- Sound time management and problem-solving skills with the ability to multitask
- Landfill, civil or mining background preferred
