Role: OCM Consultant ( Organizational Change Management)

Customer: Abbott Laboratories

Job Description :

  • Leading the change management activities within a structured process framework.
  • Designing the approach to managing change and support operations that fall within the domain of change management.
  • Evaluating the change impact and organizational readiness to limit potential risk.
  • Supporting training and communication as part of change management. Activities may include designing or delivering specialized training resources to appropriate userbase.
  • Evaluating the risk of change and providing actionable guidelines on reducing the impact.
  • Evaluating resistance in adopting the change at the user, process, and technology level.
  • Managing the change portfolio, which allows the organization to prepare for and successfully adopt the change.
  • Publish timely metrics and dashboards to report status accurately to all stakeholders and Senior Leadership

Skills

  • A solid understanding of how people go through a change and the change process
  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
  • Excellent communication, problem solving and analytical skills with ability to explain technical concepts
  • Excellent active listening skills
  • Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
  • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
  • Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
  • Forward looking with a holistic approach
  • Problem-solving and root cause identification skills
  • Able to work effectively at all levels in an organization

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $75.00 - $85.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Organizational Change Management: 10 years (Preferred)
  • change management principles: 10 years (Preferred)
