An exciting opportunity has become available based from Peppers Broadbeach as an Owner Relations Managers joining our Asset Management team.
Getting to know your role and responsibilities:
As our new Owner Relations Manager, you will strengthen and maintain relationships with existing apartment owners and to build and develop relationships with potential investors and other building stakeholders. The role is rewarded with a base salary and will be incentivised with a performance based bonus structure. Your responsibilities will include:
Responding to enquiries from apartment owners in relation to matters regarding the management of their investments, apartment returns and general owner account enquiries;- Effectively resolving owner enquiries and concerns;
- Cultivating relationships with apartment owners to ensure they are satisfied;
- Suggesting and implementing strategies to develop and strengthen communications and relations with stakeholders throughout Asia Pacific;
- Developing and maintaining a high level of knowledge about the management letting options provided by Accor and relevant industry legislation;
- Implementing strategies and initiatives to increase keys under management.
What we need from you:
- Experience within the Property Industry in Business Development/ Property Management/ Relationship Management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fluency (written and verbal) in English - other language skills desirable
- A current real estate sales certificate or transferrable licence or nearing completion
