Our client is leading equipment manufacturer with a specialisation in the mining and construction equipment. They are currently seeking a Paralegal / Legal Secretary to join their team in South Guildford.

Main Responsibilities:

This position would see you performing, however not limited to, the following duties:

• Providing legal and administrative assistance to the legal department.
• Execute routine legal transactions and reviewing legal documentation (contracts / briefs etc.).
• Respond to queries and provide support to other internal departments.

Requirements:

To be suitable for this role, you will need to possess the following:

• Experience within a legal secretary or paralegal position.
• Law degree or legal services qualification (desirable).
• High level of interpersonal skills along with professional written correspondence skills.
• Ability to communicate with stakeholders in a professional manner.

Further Details:

Location: South Guildford
Contract Duration: Temporary with the chance of permanency
Days of work: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Rate of Pay: Negotiable based on experience
