Located in the expanding western suburbs, just 30 minutes from the Melbourne's CBD, Tabcorp Park & Mantra Melbourne Melton is an employer of choice in the Melton community and the home of harness racing in Victoria.
However, we are more than just racing! We are a unique seven day a week entertainment venue with a range of racing and non-racing offerings including dining facilities, function & conference rooms, 41 room four-star hotel, gaming lounge and sports bar & TAB.

• To be known as a team player with a strong work ethic
• A demonstrated understanding of and commitment to kitchen cleanliness and Covidsafe practices.
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills
• The ability to take direction and also work autonomously
• A love of learning
• To hold a current Food Handling certificate or be willing to obtain one
• To be available to work Saturday nights, weekends, during the Christmas season, New Year's Eve and all Major Race Events to be considered for ongoing work.
