Where you'll be working
Western Sydney Local Health District (WSLHD) is responsible for providing primary and secondary health care for people living in the Auburn, Blacktown, and The Hills Shire, Holroyd and Parramatta Local Government Areas (LGAs) and tertiary care to residents of the Greater Western Region. What you'll be doing
The Patient Experience Coordinator is a passionate, empathetic individual who cares deeply about people particularly our vulnerable populations . This position is responsible for enhancing communication, particularly between the patient, families, carers and clinical staff.

T h e focus of the role is maintaining and improving the experience of patients/families within our Emergency Departments and/or COVID-19 clinics.

Selection Criteria:

  • Demonstrated extensive experience in customer service
  • Demonstrated resilience, flexibility and imitative
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, in particular the ability to interact well with all emergency department staff
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Computer literacy
  • Sound negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated ability to problem solve
  • Demonstrated leadership and an ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
