This is a part-time position with flexibility on preferred days of work. We understand work is what you do and not necessarily where you go. This position allows flexibility to work from home, in a hybrid role.

About you

We are looking for someone who is available to work two to three days each week. You may be returning to the workforce following parental leave or an extended leave of absence and seeking a part-time position that is rewarding, yet manageable. Perhaps you relish work/life balance and are looking to secure a part-time position to allow you to study, or enjoy personal hobbies, interests and pursuits.

We are looking for someone pragmatic, proactive, with good sense of humour and who doesn’t take themselves too seriously yet is professional and understands there are times when one needs to be serious.

You will value a varied and fulfilling role, within a team that is results driven, and enjoys having fun along the way.

You will have a relevant qualification in Human Resources and have previous industry experience at an advisor level. You may also be at a Coordinator or Assistant level and ready to take the next step to a more satisfying and challenging role.

You will have a keen interest in developing and honing your Human Resources skills in a collegiate environment. You will be passionate, enthusiastic and value the importance of providing exceptional customer service to key stakeholders. If you are results driven, detail focused, have strong oral and written communication skills and a thirst to learn, grow and evolve, we want to talk to you.

Apply now

We are committed to fostering a flexible, inclusive and diverse environment for our employees. We celebrate diverse thinking and experiences and we welcome people of all backgrounds and identities to apply to this position. We encourage our employees to bring their true and authentic self to the workplace. If this opportunity is attractive to you, please submit your cover letter, CV and academic transcript.
