About the role

Managing multiple theatres and procedure rooms, this role yearns for someone looking to make the next big step in their career. Working as a Perioperative Services Manager, you will join Australia’s leading private health care provider in the one of their excellent hospitals located in the inner southeast suburbs of Melbourne. Leading a highly supported management team, you will be working with theatre stakeholders to ensure quality care delivery and managing operating theatres, procedure rooms and CSSD. Responsibilities of the role include:

• Working with the Executive Team to maintain organisational strategy and achieve strategic objectives
• Maintaining quality systems in accordance with National Health Service Standards
• Oversee multiple Theatre and Procedure rooms as well as other perioperative services

Essential Criteria

• APHRA Registration as a Registered Nurse
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a clinical perioperative role
• Experience in managing or leading theatre
• Experience in managing resources and sustainable change
• Excellent communication and rapport building skills
• Current Police Check
• Current Working with Children’s Check
• Current COVID 19 Vaccination
