HealthShare NSW is looking for highly motivated Hospital Assistants (Cleaners) with good communication and customer service skills to join our Patient Support Services at Belmont Hospital.

About the opportunity
This service contributes to the total health care needs and expectations of patients of the NSW Health system, and must be provided in accordance with te standards and requirements for the safe and efficient provision of food and patient support services. Click here to find out more.
This is a Part Time Permanent position graded as a Hospital Assistant Grade 2 with an hourly rate of $25.66 per hour. Location, Belmont Hospital.

Vaccination Requirements
This is a NSW Health Category A position, which requires immunisation against the following:

Whooping Cough

Hepatitis B

Measles / Mumps / Rubella

Chicken Pox

Screening for Tuberculosis

COVID-19 Vaccinations

Annual influenza vaccination
If you have current evidence of these vaccinations, please include them to help us fast-track your application. Your current vaccination status does not impact on your eligibility for this role, but please be aware that vaccine non-compliance could slow down your application progress. If you are the preferred candidate, you will be responsible for covering the costs of any remaining vaccination requirements. For more information read the NSW Health OASV Policy.
If you are the preferred candidate, you will also need to complete a Pre-Employment Health Assessment, with costs covered by HealthShare NSW.
