The role

We are currently looking for a motivated Personal Care Assistant / Assistant in Nursing to join the supportive and friendly team at Rathdowne Place Aged Care located in Carlton on a Part Time or Casual basis. As a Personal Care Assistant / Assistant in Nursing you will provide a support service that enhances our customer’s wellbeing.

What you will be doing

• Providing a range of support and personal care services to our customers
• Ensuring detailed documentation is updated
• Building and maintain strong relationships within the business, with our customer and family members
• Adhering to health and safety guidelines and policies to keep yourself and our residents safe
• Providing meaningful experiences which enable our residents to thrive

About you

• A warm, compassionate and reliable team member
• Ability to listen and understand our client’s needs and requirements
• Relevant qualifications e.g. Cert IV in Ageing Support, Cert III Individual Support or currently completing a nursing course
• Availability over AM, PM and Night shifts
