Aveo is seeking passionate and caring Personal Care Attendants (also known as Assistant In Nursing) across multiple Melbourne Bayside communities including Sandringham, Cheltenham and Concierge Bayside (located in Hampton). About the role:

• Permanent part-time roles available. Potential casual options available too for the right candidate.

• You will work as part of a team providing high quality personal care for residents, tailored to their needs
• You will enjoy building strong relationships with residents, their families and your colleagues to help ensure care outcomes are exceeded.
• Ensure all residents receive kind, caring and respectful personal care that supports their choice and independence

• Aveo Cheltenham is located minutes from Westfield Southland and is a short walk to Cheltenham station.
• Aveo Concierge Bayside is conveniently located close to Brighton Beach and Hampton Street with cafés and restaurants. Nearby bus stops can take you to Brighton or Dandenong. The Moorabbin train station is 1km away with direct CBD or Frankston access.
• Aveo Sandringham is perfectly positioned to shops, cafés, restaurants, Sandringham Hospital and Westfield Southland. On-street parking available and close to bus stops and Sandringham train station.

About you:

• Certificate 3 in Aged Care or equivalent (required)
• Current First Aid & CPR certificate (required)
• Current Police Check clearance
• Passionate Carer with excellent people & communication skills
• Trustworthy, reliable & enjoy working in a team environment
• Reliable, flexible approach to 24 hour rostering
• Experience in retirement living or home and community care
