About the role*
As a valued member of our community, you will enjoy assisting residents with both high and low care needs.
During your varied day, you will assist residents with:

• Providing personal care with dignity and privacy;
• Mobility assistance to and from meals, social activities and therapies;
• Assisting with meals including handling, distribution and serving;
• Participating in the development and review of care plans.

Working in a Positive Wellbeing Model of Care you can positively influence a resident's care by participating in the development and review of care plans, engaging with other care staff, completing professional development activities and suggesting service delivery improvements.
Our community has a variety of shifts available across a 7 day roster.

About you*
You have a compassionate nature and love caring for seniors. You are a positive individual who works well with others and are happy to support your team members.
Your experience and qualifications for this role ideally, should include:

• Minimum Certificate III in Aged Care/Individual Support;
• Experience in Aged Care;
• Available to work a variety of shifts, across a 7 day week;
• Have or can obtain a current National Police Certificate and a NDIS Worker Screening.

Please note, all employees working within our residential and home aged care will need to be fully vaccinated for COVID19. If you have already received your COVID19 vaccinations, we ask that you provide proof as part of the recruitment process.
