About the role:
We have an exciting permanent full-time position available to lead our pharmacy team at Epic Pharmacy St Andrew’s, Spring Hill. You will have the opportunity to further enhance your leadership skills and partner with clinical teams across a highly regarded private hospital to leave a positive impact on patient care.

You will assist in the development, implementation and maintenance of innovative pharmacy services while leading the pharmacy team.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead a pharmacy team to deliver a clinical pharmacy service to St Andrew’s Private Hospital
• Manage the ongoing development of pharmacy staff
• Meet operational KPIs
• Ensure pharmacy compliance with legislative and PBS requirements
• Work as part of a multidisciplinary team to maximise patient outcomes
• Deliver a high level of clinical pharmacy services to our patients in accordance with professional, legislative and ethical standards
• Participation in clinical education to the pharmacy and wider team within the organisation
• Participate in committee meetings and involvement in quality activities
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders to ensure excellent customer service to clients and patients

Who are we looking for?

• Current AHPRA registered pharmacist with oncology experience
• Experience as a registered pharmacist in an Australian based pharmacy
• Ability to motivate and manage a team
• A high level of planning and organisational ability
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to address client needs with sensitivity and professionalism
