The Opportunity

We are seeking Sales Consultants to work in our Phone Channels team. Whilst this role is working from home, you may required to come into the office from time to time. You will be part of a collaborative, fun and supportive team in this full-time permanent role. Your role will be to convert both inbound and outbound customer sales leads and provide the best health insurance option based on their needs. We are looking for passionate sales individuals who strive for success where you will receive great incentives for your hard work.

You will be provided with comprehensive two weeks training which will be conducted virtually.

This role is working on a rotating roster between the hours of 8am to 8pm (AEST) Monday to Friday, with the occasional Saturday required.

Key responsibilities:

• Conducting needs analysis through effective questions and providing the most suitable products to our customers.
• Create value by highlighting features and benefits, unique services, and diversified product options.
• Objection handling
• Fund product comparisons.
• Building rapport to understand our customers and ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Providing complete and accurate information to our customers by following compliance guidelines.

About You

We are looking for motivated sales driven people who are great at communicating over the phone in a compassionate and friendly manner. You will have experience working to targets in a sales environment. You can think on your feet and tailor your response to different situations and people. You thrive on being able to solve problems and offer solutions. You are a team player who supports your colleagues to deliver the best results.
