Lynch Landscape & Tree Service is a full service landscape company out of Sudbury, Ma that services the metrowest area. Lynch Landscape & Tree Service is currently seeking hard-working, dependable workers to join our team. Plow drivers and shoveling crew team members are key to providing our commercial and residential customers with safe and reliable snow removal during the Winter season.

Requirements
We offer competitive pay and plenty of hours! We are looking for reliable people with 24/7 availability during snow storms.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Available for on-call work; flexible schedule for nights, days, holidays, and weekend work as needed.
• Ability to work long hours in emergency snow events
• Must have reliable transportation to arrive to your assigned area or job site
• Minimum age of 18 years old
• Must dress appropriately for severe weather conditions
• Be available when snow falls and freezing weather occurs
• Must be able to remove snow using a shovel or snow blower
• Valid Drivers License (not necessary for shoveling crew)
• Able to work long hours during emergency snow (optional)
