Eden Ritchie is seeking experienced principal business analyst for a large state government ICT S/4HANA upgrade project. Key responsibilities include:

• Adhere to defined service quality standards, health and safety policies and procedures relating to the work being undertaken to ensure high quality, safe services and workplaces.
• Lead the analysis of business, user and system variations to current processes and practices being performed in the Hospital and Health Services (HHS) and the Department of Health resulting from the S/4HANA Upgrade project using approved tools and methods.
• Develop high quality documentation for all stakeholder groups and provide advice on the application of new/changed processes to ensure minimal interruption to local and
  enterprise-wide business outputs resulting from the S/4HANA Upgrade project and maximise acceptance of the solution.
• Oversee the research and recommend variations to local business rules and procedural matters affecting the efficient operation of the allocated area of responsibility.
• Lead and consult with Queensland Health business representatives across the state to gather relevant data to inform process changes, training and development programs and system configurations to meet the needs of all Queensland health stakeholders.
• Provide specialist strategic and operational advice on business and solution processes, using experience and knowledge of the business and S/4HANA solution to influence
  strategic directions whilst collaborating with internal specialist teams and vendor to ensure alignment with strategy.
• Provide advice with the development and implementation of program and project plans and subsidiary plans that link with Department and branch outcomes.
• Undertake risk and issues identification and provide advice regarding implementation of program and project plans.
• Inspire team members by investing time in building positive and productive relationships, setting clear objectives and providing professional leadership, guidance and support.

To be suitable for this role you should be experienced in step upgrades of S/4HANA within a 24x7 complex environment would be highly desirable, particularly involving the 2021 release stack.
