Hours per fortnight
Up to 73.5 hours - flexible options available.
Duties
- Develop and manage the Department’s Strategic Asset Management Plan and strategic office accommodation strategy.
- Lead and manage the Department’s leased office accommodation portfolio and accommodation priorities that reflect DPAC’s strategic direction.
- Undertake high level research, investigation and analysis for property based projects and providing options and recommendations for decision makers.
- Identify and facilitate the implementation of staff office accommodation solutions that meet the needs and requirements of the Department.
- Develop and maintain the necessary project documentation for key office accommodation projects.
- Maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders for office accommodation related projects and day-to-day activities.
- Develop and implement the necessary processes, procedures and tools to manage all the Department’s accommodation requirements, which is inclusive of any reporting requirements for any property leased by the Department.
- Undertake the preparation and provision of high level briefings, reports, submissions and advice to the Premier and Departmental Executive members regarding the Department’s office accommodation.
- Representing the Branch at intra and inter-departmental level forums as required.
- The incumbent can expect to be allocated duties, not specifically mentioned in this document, that are within the capacity, qualifications and experience normally expected from persons occupying positions at this classification level.
Essential Requirements
As a result of a risk assessment process, the Head of Agency gave consideration to where vaccination is a necessary control to protect the health and safety of workers and the community. Therefore, it’s been determined that prior to appointment to these duties, a person to is to provide evidence that they are vaccinated against the disease known as COVID-19.
Desirable Requirements
Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline and relevant experience would be an advantage.
